Debora Schisler
has a degree in Anthropology from the University of Indiana, USA. She also has an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from PUC–SP. She is a CELTA, ICELT and Delta tutor. Debora is currently the academic director for SEVEN Idiomas.

Henrique Moura
is a CELTA, ICELT and Delta tutor, and a CELTA and Delta external assessor. He has worked with ELT since 2002, teaching English to all levels of proficiency, and special courses of phonetics and phonology, translation and subtitling, and post-proficiency maintenance courses for teachers. Henrique has also worked as a course designer, and is currently the coordinator for the teacher development courses at SEVEN Idiomas. He is a Cambridge: English speaking examiner (YLS and KET-CPE). He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Teacher Development (TESOL) at the University of Chichester.

Rafael Monteiro
M.A., holds Delta, ICELT, CELTA and YLExt to CELTA. Has has over ten years of extensive experience in ELT. He is also a Cambridge English Speaking Examiner. He is currently involved in mainstream education, teacher training and has authored course books.

Rosana Nucci
is an experienced ICELT tutor. She has over twenty years of experience in teaching EFL to different age groups and levels, as well as a Cambridge English Speaking Examiner and Team Leader. She specialised in courses at advanced levels, such as phonology of English and English language and culture for teachers, as well as preparation courses targeted at students sitting for international exams (Cambridge English Main Suite, BULATS, TKT, IELTS, TOEFL). As course and training coordinator, was responsible for the design of courses and tests for adolescents and adults, as well as special courses for teachers aiming at the improvement of both language use and methodological knowledge and skills. She was also a school manager. Now she develops and delivers training courses in collaboration with client HR departments with an eye to achieving measurable results of corporate education solutions.

Norma Wolffowitz-Sanches
has worked in ELT as a coordinator and a teacher for more than twenty years. She has extensive experience in teaching young learners, teenagers and adults at all levels. She holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics and Language Studies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2009), an English Language Teaching Certificate from Universidade Mackenzie (1997) and a B.A. in Translation and Interpretation from Faculdade Ibero-Americana de São Paulo. She took the Delta at Bell Educational Services. Norma first got involved with language teaching when she was living in England.

Sylvia Torres
has worked as an ELT teacher for more than twenty years. She holds an MA in Higher Education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2007) and a BA in English Language and Literature from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (1994). She took the Delta at ITTC – Bournemouth (United Kingdom) and is also a Cambridge: English speaking examiner (YLS and KET-CPE).

Ricardo Barros
is a CELTA tutor and freelance teacher trainer based in Jundiaí–SP. He has taught English since 2003, working as a teacher, teacher trainer, academic coordinator and Cambridge examiner. He holds the DELTA, CELTA, CPE and a BA in History from Unicamp. He is a moderator for the BrELT Facebook group and an advisory council member for BRAZ-TESOL.

Élcio Souza
has a B.A. in Translation and Interpreting, a B.A. in TEFL, and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from UNICAMP. He also has an overarching Delta from Cambridge University. His 28-year teaching experience includes students of all ages and levels at language institutes, regular schools and universities at both undergraduate and graduate programs. Elcio has presented lectures and workshops on teaching, pronunciation, skills, language and culture at several events for teachers in Brazil and abroad. He currently works as an ELT-Pronunciation consultant and teacher trainer. He also assesses candidates for Cambridge English speaking exams, and tutors CELTA courses in São Paulo.

Carina Alves
has been in ELT for over 23 years. She has worked at major English institutes in São Paulo as a teacher, teacher trainer, coach/mentor, pedagogical coordinator’s assistant, and Cambridge Speaking Examiner. She has also been a conference speaker for 7 years, having frequently presented at BRAZ-TESOL International Conferences on ideas for teaching and teacher development. She holds the CPE, ICELT, and DELTA diploma, with a specialism in Language Development for Teachers. Her interests include teacher development and exam preparation, among others.
